In the PhoneBook Module on the Provider Numbers page there are many fields to enter provider numbers. Below are the labels for these fields. Fields 1 through 6 and 23 through 27 are locked and cannot be changed. However, you can change the label on any of the other fields. Once all HIPAA regulations are in force the only numbers that will have to be completed will be the Tax ID Number (field 6) and the NPI (field 26).
